Our Agency Notice
McIntosh Trail Early Childhood Development Council Inc. is committed to being transparent about how we handle the information you provide through our website. Our site, which is hosted on the Wix platform, uses inquiry forms to collect details that families voluntarily share. We use this information solely so our staff can respond to your specific questions and ensure your inquiries are routed to the appropriate department or individual within our organization. We strive to provide clear communication to all families we serve.
Information and Enrollment
Please note that standard website inquiry forms are intended for general questions only. Our program and enrollment applications involve a separate, formal eligibility review process. Because of the personal nature of enrollment data, sensitive documents should never be sent through general contact forms. Instead, all sensitive information and required documentation should only be shared via our designated, secure application channels. By using this website, you acknowledge that Wix hosts our site and manages some of the forms used to collect your data.
